This is the first auction of personal property for the estate of Dale Hannum.  We are starting with emptying the two garages, which are both full of Dales projects and long forgotten treasures, plus his tools and lawn items.

Happy Matt’s Barbeque will be set up for lunch, so come early and spend the afternoon with us.

Antique – Vintage Furniture & Architectural Items:  There are many pieces of antique & vintage furniture.  Some just need cleaned, some need a little repair.  This group includes upholstered, rocking and kitchen type chairs; wood & chrome leg-type kitchen tables; side tables; kitchen cupboards & wall cabinets; bed frames; fplding roll-away cots; dressers & chests; wood medicine cabinet; piano bench & organ stool; wood & metal desks; floor & table lamps; mirrors; 2 & 4 drawer file cabinets; wood & metal shelving; metal gym locker; wood picture frames; Kenmore cabinet-type sewing machine; tredle sewing machine bases.  Architectural items include many wood doors; wood-framed windows; interior wood columns; millwork pieces; door & window hardware.
